Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a vital member of our security team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients and their assets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols across the site to ensure the security and safety of the premises
- Manage the locking and unlocking of buildings and restricted areas as required
- Oversee access and egress points, ensuring only authorised personnel enter or leave the site
- Work in the gatehouse for monitoring access, but also operate within the warehouse to ensure compliance with security and safety protocols
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed, including conducting staff searches as needed to maintain security standards
- SIA license
- Driving Licence
- Access to vehicle
- 5 year+ Security experience
- Right to work in the UK
- 5-year checkable work history
- Able to communicate well through radio links
- Reporting procedures to the highest standards
- Reasonable commuting distance
- Customer Service experience
- Good organisational skills
- Reliable and customer focused with a commitment to exemplary service
