About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of individuals and property within your assigned area.

This position requires:

• Shift Pattern: 2 nights, 6 off

• 18 hours per week

• SIA licence required

• Driving License

We are looking for a candidate who is vigilant, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for conducting patrols, responding to alarms, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the site to ensure the safety and security of individuals and property
  • Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with other security personnel to maintain a secure environment
  • Conduct fire testing and reactive works as required
Requirements
  • SIA Licence
  • 5 plus years of security experience
  • Must have Full driving licence and able to drive a manual vehicle
  • Computer literate
  • Good communicator - use of radios on site
  • H&S at the forefront due to the nature of the site
  • Excellent customer service
  • Must be able to work in a team or on own initiative
