Shift Details:
3rd Shift Pay Rate for Worker (ST/Hour)
3rd Shift Non-Holiday: 10:30 PM - 9:00 AM (Sunday - Wednesday)
Holiday Season: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM (Saturday - Wednesday)

Position Overview:
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and delivery of printed materials. Your role will involve the following essential functions:

  • Operate advanced digital and color printing equipment.
  • Utilize skills and competencies to meet customer specifications effectively.
  • Perform routine tasks and activities with precision.
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Act as the primary contact for receiving, reviewing, and logging customer jobs electronically.
  • Resolve production issues to ensure timely delivery and output standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after each production run.
  • Manage high-volume printers and copiers efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.
  • Maintain accurate reporting logs for billing purposes.
  • Track and archive jobs as per customer requirements for future use, including file backups.
  • Work overtime as necessary to meet production demands.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in computer operations with a functional understanding of PC usage (keyboard functions, mouse operations, etc.).
  • Capable of sending and receiving emails, locating open and saved documents, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Familiar with using web browsers for research and document management.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including division, multiplication, and percentages.
  • Exhibit professionalism and business maturity in all interactions.
