We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager - Logistics Investigator to join our team at People Profilers Vietnam. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for investigating logistics claims and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate logistics claims issued by partners to confirm SJL failure actively.
- Provide daily shift reports to share investigations and findings.
- Generate and present a weekly report to the SJL quality team to discuss changes/improvements.
- Monitor the unpacking of materials at partners and share photo documentation of quality concerns arising from the unpacking process.
- Actively track repeat issues based on Pack ID and Part Number.
- Identify potential problems with SJL Packing offering feedback and suggesting improvement possibilities to SJL operations.
- Graduation in Material Management or Purchases with a degree in MS office.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- 5 years of experience in the Packaging Industry, with a focus on Automotive industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
