We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our General Manager Trainee programme at Park Holidays UK.
As a General Manager Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our holiday parks, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of health and safety, retail operations, and team management.
You will support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, working closely with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Previous experience working within the holiday park or hospitality sector as a head of department is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the holiday park
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety, retail operations, and team management
- Working closely with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
