Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our access products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-site assembly, installation, inspection, testing, repair, and final inspection of access products.
  • Ensuring the company vehicle is kept clean and maintained to required legal standards.
  • Maintaining stock levels of regularly utilized components to ensure business continuity.
  • Completing and updating service reports and schedules in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assisting within the workshop with dismantling projects for shipping and installation.
Requirements:
  • Proven background in mechanical engineering and field service within an engineering/manufacturing industry.
  • Experience working within the Rail, Aviation, Aerospace, GSE, Automotive, lifting, or Platform Industries.
  • Customer-facing traveling position, representing the business on customer sites.
