Do you have a proven track record of scaling commercial functions and leading cross-functional teams? We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer to join our executive team at INSPHERE Ltd.

About the Role

As our Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that maximises revenue opportunities across our product lines (software, hardware, and services). You will own revenue growth, drive market expansion, and build a high-performance commercial team. Your expertise in scaling businesses internationally, particularly in the US market, will be invaluable in our next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the implementation of a go-to-market strategy focused on industry, territory, and customer segmentation.
  • Own revenue growth across our product lines, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Develop a scalable sales playbook, outlining strategies for target industries, territories, and product mixes.
  • Drive our expansion into the US and other key markets, leveraging your international expertise to build winning market entry strategies.
  • Recruit, build, and inspire a high-performance commercial team, including sales, marketing, customer success, and account management functions.
  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with distributors, suppliers, and stakeholders to accelerate market penetration.
  • Experience being accountable at Board level for a revenue target and be able to present revenue performance and growth strategies to the Board.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior revenue leadership roles, ideally within manufacturing or related industries, with a focus on scaling an immature commercial function towards an eight-figure revenue journey.
  • Strategic vision and a track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple revenue channels.
  • Significant experience scaling businesses internationally, particularly in the US market.
  • Strong experience managing complex revenue streams, including product, services, and software sales.
  • Leadership experience building and leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Industry knowledge of hi-tech manufacturing and experience selling hardware and software solutions into these clients, particularly in industries including automotive and aerospace.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong data-driven approach to evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
The Package
  • Base salary of between £120,000 - £150,000
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Equity options available
