About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Priority Appointments. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our business operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the business operations team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining company documents.
  • Assist with purchasing and logistics support, including reviewing and maintaining supplier databases and contact lists.
  • Support quality control efforts by assisting with customer and supplier RMAs.
  • Conduct stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a business operations setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Valid driver's license.
