Engineering Manager

At Cavendish Nuclear, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As an Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering technical solutions to budget, targets, and estimating the engineering scope for Projects from concept design to full Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and management of multi-discipline projects involving the coordination and integration of multi-discipline tasks.
  • Manage multi-discipline teams to ensure timely & efficient delivery of engineering work to meet customer agreed scope.
  • Promote effective co-operation across Engineering and other functional teams.
  • Technical management of the engineering output to ensure delivery of technical solutions in line with agreed technical scope.
  • Maintain knowledge of Industry best practice, promote a culture of Engineering best practice, and provide leadership and assist in driving cultural development and change.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable management experience, including experience in managing multi-discipline teams to deliver analysis activities on a range of project types.
  • Engineering degree (or equivalent qualification) in relevant engineering discipline with significant demonstrable experience.
