Debt Recovery Support Assistant/Paralegal/NQ

We are a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Support Assistant/Paralegal/NQ to join our expanding team.

About the Role

As a key member of our debt recovery team, you will provide administrative support to our fee-earning lawyers, ensuring the smooth operation of our debt recovery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage new client and matter files, including data input and document management.
  • Assist in the preparation of Letters of Claim for team leader approval.
  • Liaise with the Courts via email and telephone to obtain information and documentation.
  • Support the Head of Debt Recovery with billing procedures and cash received procedures.
  • Order stationery for the Debt Recovery Team as required.
  • Deal promptly with client enquiries and correspondence, with the support of other team members and the team leader.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications. Experience of providing administrative support to fee-earning lawyers is desirable.
