Job Title:
Debt Recovery Support Assistant

We are a fast-growing, progressive, and technologically advanced law firm seeking a skilled Debt Recovery Support Assistant to join our team at Francis Wilks & Jones.

As a key member of our debt recovery team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of excellent services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and processing Letters of Claim for team leader approval.
  • Liaising with the Courts via email and telephone to obtain information and documentation.
  • Assisting the Head of Debt Recovery with billing procedures and cash received procedures.
  • Ordering stationery for the Debt Recovery Team as required.
  • Responding to client enquiries and correspondence with the support of other team members and the team leader.
  • Performing other ad hoc duties as necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in providing administrative support to fee-earning lawyers and have proficient IT skills, including Microsoft applications. Additionally, they will be able to demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to creating a supportive working environment.
