About the Role

Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is seeking a seasoned Debt Recovery Manager to lead our team in managing a caseload of debt recovery work. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for drafting and issuing debt recovery court proceedings, including Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy Petitions, and Winding-Up Petitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and handle a variety of debt recovery issues from initial enquiry to conclusion.
  • Process claims through the Money Claim Online (MCOL) system, including drafting particulars of claim and witness statements where required.
  • Work closely with SMEs and banking & finance clients to deliver debt recovery services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our debt recovery offering and win new work from prospective clients.
About You

We are looking for a debt recovery specialist with experience of operating Case Management Systems and dealing with volume-based debt recovery work. You will have a strong understanding of debt recovery law and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
