Night Assessment Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Night Assessment Worker in our No Second Night Out Assessment Hubs. As a key member of our Pan London Rough Sleeping Teams, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for clients who are homeless or vulnerably housed.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with clients to assess their needs and provide a safe and supportive environment at night.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure effective service delivery and achieve our goal of preventing homelessness.
- Develop key skills to build a career working in a support role, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
We are looking for inspirational and committed individuals who have a genuine desire to support people to transform their lives. You will have some experience of dealing directly with the public and/or customers in a busy service environment, as well as good communication skills and the ability to work with others effectively.
Flexibility is essential as our teams continue to work in different settings and locations across the city to support clients where they need us most. If you are successful, we will do our best to match you to a vacancy in your preferred area.
