About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Domestic Abuse Support Worker to join our team at Caritas Futures. As a key member of our multi-agency team, you will work closely with women and families affected by domestic violence, providing expert support and guidance to help them stay together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support services to women and families affected by domestic abuse
  • Conduct risk and needs assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure comprehensive support and care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, stakeholders, and partner agencies
Requirements
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people
  • Experience working with high-risk clients and conducting risk and needs assessments
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-agency team environment
  • DBS on update service or willingness to undergo a DBS check
