About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Catering Manager to lead our culinary team at Bennett Court care home in Pontefract. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, preparing and serving nutritious meals, and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Control stock and purchases within budget
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals and exceptional customer service
About You

We are looking for a talented and experienced Catering Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will have a proven track record of managing a kitchen team, developing menus, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
