The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our Responsive Repairs team in Leicester and Market Harborough. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that repairs are completed to the highest standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conducting a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks across different property types.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our residents.
  • Working efficiently and effectively to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and to the required specifications.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work carried out and materials used.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering multi-trade work, including bricklaying, carpentry, or plumbing.
  • Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) for your chosen trade.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A full driving licence and a willingness to travel within the designated areas.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
