Job Summary

Platform Housing Group is seeking experienced Multi-Skill Trades professionals to join our Responsive Repairs team in Leicester and Market Harborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our homes to a great standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Multi-Trade work, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting our high standards.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to specification.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering Multi-Trade work, with a strong track record of success.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ L2, and experience in social housing repairs.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A full driving license and ability to work in a mobile role, with a van and fuel card provided.
  • A DBS check is required for this role.
