Joiner Multi Trade Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Joiner Multi Trade to join our team at Niyaa People. As a Joiner Multi Trade, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance on council properties, including 2nd fix joinery, basic maintenance plumbing, lock changes, and finishing skills such as patch plastering and tiling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive maintenance on council properties
  • Perform 2nd fix joinery tasks
  • Undertake basic maintenance plumbing
  • Change locks
  • Apply finishing skills such as patch plastering and tiling
Requirements:
  • Experience in property maintenance
  • NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery
  • Own van and tools for the first 3 months
  • Clean and valid driving license
What We Offer:
  • Temporary to permanent contract with a top social housing provider
  • Competitive hourly rate of £23 for the first 3 months, increasing to £32,000 per year when permanent
  • Company van provided after 3 months when permanent
