Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Trade Operative to join our team in Loughborough and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks across various construction trades, including roofing, carpentry, plumbing, and decorating.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Repair, renew, and fit roofing trusses, soffit fascia, and barge boards.
  2. Repair, renew, and fit ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and T and G or sheet flooring.
  3. Repair, renew, and fit kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes.
  4. Repair, replace, and fit ironmongery to doors and windows.
  5. Repair, renew, and fit timber and UPVC window frames.
  6. Reglaze timber fencing and gates.
Requirements:
  1. A recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3) in a relevant trade.
  2. Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms and Disabled adaptations.
  3. Plastering trade discipline (desirable).
  4. Ability to carry out multi-skill trades.
  5. Housing Association experience is essential.
  6. Driving licence is essential.
  7. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness, and have own tools.
