About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Communications Officer (Fundraising) to join our Marketing and Communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, sourcing, and writing powerful fundraising stories and case studies that bring the RNRMC to life and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and source compelling fundraising stories and case studies
  • Write and edit engaging content for various channels
  • Collaborate with the Fundraising team to develop effective fundraising strategies
  • Ensure consistency with the RNRMC brand and messaging
  • Manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks effectively

The RNRMC is the Navy's principal charity, supporting every sailor, marine, and their families for life. We work hard to engage with supporters and raise awareness and funds to deliver the outcomes required for today and tomorrow.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in communications, marketing, or PR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
