RNRMC is the Navy's principal charity, dedicated to supporting sailors, marines, and their families for life. We offer grants and work with other organizations to deliver programs that meet the needs of our beneficiaries. Our goal is to engage supporters and raise awareness to deliver the outcomes required for today and tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies to engage stakeholders and fundraisers.
  • Research and write compelling fundraising stories and case studies that showcase the charity's work.
  • Collaborate with the Fundraising team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage a busy workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in communications, marketing, or PR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear narratives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload.
