Job Title: Registered Manager - Brain Injury Rehabilitation

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Brain Injury Rehabilitation service in Chislehurst, South East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year, covering maternity leave. You will be responsible for managing a team of therapists, therapy assistants, and healthcare assistants, and will work closely with referrers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including budgeting, staffing, and quality assurance.
  • Work closely with referrers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC Pin Registration.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
  • Good leadership and management skills.
  • Experience of managing a team in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical and budgetary skills.
  • Ability to influence and advise at all levels.
