Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe and clinically effective care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Line Management: Provide leadership and line management to staff across all areas, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Quality and Governance: Lead the governance agenda on behalf of the Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with external and corporate quality agendas and regulators.
  • Clinical Effectiveness: Ensure that residents receive care that is safe, responsive, compassionate, caring, and well-led.
  • Patient Safety: Promote a culture of openness and responsiveness to the views of residents and relatives, and lead the development of services to ensure continuous improvements in quality of care.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Registered Manager, multidisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality of care is delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • A current NMC Pin number
  • A Legal Right to work in the U.K.
