Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Brain Injury Rehabilitation service in South East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management and development of the service, ensuring it operates at a consistently high level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals and support staff to deliver high-quality care to individuals with brain injuries.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality measurement criteria.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop a team of staff to meet the needs of the service.
- Build relationships with referrers, commissioners, and other stakeholders to promote the service and achieve full bed occupancy.
- Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
- Current NMC Pin Registration.
- A legal right to work in the UK.
- Good leadership and management skills.
- Independent and self-motivated with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Good understanding of the relevant regulatory framework, regulations, and legislation.
- Strong analytical and budgetary skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize as appropriate.
- The ability to influence and advise at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Experience of managing a team and developing staff.
- Good understanding of safeguarding.
