Job Title: Registered Manager - Brain Injury Rehabilitation

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Brain Injury Rehabilitation service in Chislehurst, South East London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year, covering maternity leave. You will be responsible for managing a team of therapists, therapy assistants, and healthcare assistants, and will work closely with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care to service users.
  • Ensure the service operates within budget and meets regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the service.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the service meets the needs of our service users.
  • Ensure the service is delivered in a safe and effective manner, with a focus on person-centered care.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC Pin Registration.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
  • Good leadership and management skills.
  • Experience of managing a team in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical and budgetary skills.
  • Ability to influence and advise at all levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
