Maintenance Multiskilled Engineer

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and facilities to ensure smooth production.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
* Engage in hands-on maintenance tasks including repairs, preventative maintenance, fitting, assembly, welding, and sheet metalwork.
* Respond to reactive maintenance needs, attending to breakdowns and unplanned stoppages.
* Handle various building maintenance tasks as needed.
* Work under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager and Facilities Director to fit parts, fault find and offer solutions to problems while adhering to the company's preventative maintenance schedule.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and follow all health and safety guidelines.

**Requirements:**

* Electrical Maintenance Engineer qualification.
* Electrical Installations (18th Edition) qualification is advantageous.
* Experience with networked PC systems and 3-phase power supplies.
* Strong fitting and assembly skills, including the use of hand tools.
* Proficiency in welding, fabrication, brazing, soldering, and other jointing processes.
