Job Overview

The successful candidate will be accountable for the precise and prompt handling of medication requests for our clientele, ensuring effective communication with all pertinent personnel. Key Responsibilities

- Address medication inquiries from clients, care facilities, and local pharmacies.

Client Services

- Process recurring medication requests efficiently and to the highest standards.

- Oversee the medication ordering process, including all requests, tracking usage, and notifying healthcare providers of any compliance concerns or questions.

- Collaborate with local pharmacies, care facilities, and other clinical teams.

- Provide support for additional administrative tasks as required.
