About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of kindness and respect within the care home.
  • Assist with medication administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
