About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive care environment
Requirements
  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to residents
