About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to maintain the highest standards of care and support
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment
Requirements
  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
  • Commitment to safeguarding and ability to recognize signs of abuse or neglect
