About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Care Assistant, you will provide daily assistance and support to a gentleman with Spinal Cord Injury, helping him to maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle.

You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, medication administration, and other daily tasks, as well as supporting him in pursuing his hobbies and interests.

We offer full nurse-led training, so no prior care experience is necessary. What we are looking for is someone with a caring and empathetic nature, excellent communication skills, and a motivated individual who can help enhance his quality of life.

About the Gentleman

The gentleman we are supporting is a Sci-Fi enthusiast who loves attending comic cons and listening to music. He is also a tech geek who enjoys building and using computers. He is looking for dedicated care assistants to join his team and help him continue his journey.

We are looking for someone who can provide a high level of care and support, while also being able to engage with him in his interests and hobbies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A caring and empathetic nature
  • Motivation and enthusiasm for supporting someone with a spinal cord injury
