About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our female client with a spinal cord injury in her own home, assisting with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
  • Work flexible weekend shifts, including day shifts (8am-8pm) and waking night shifts (8pm-8am), with opportunities for full-time or part-time work.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
