Job Title: Deputy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Boux Avenue. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, improve customer service, and maintain a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales through excellent selling and service skills
  • Support the Store Manager to recruit, develop, and motivate the team
  • Display a passion for the brand and inspire others to deliver the same
  • Follow up and maintain all management controls, including stock, security, admin, cost control, H&S, and shrinkage
  • Introduce new promotions, loyalty schemes, and bra fit enthusiastically to colleagues and customers
  • Give effective and timely feedback to colleagues on achievement of goals, targets, and objectives
  • Demonstrate and establish the highest levels of customer service by coaching colleagues to deliver the Boux Avenue shopping experience consistently
  • Support the Store Manager to drive and deliver Balanced Score Card objectives
