Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer to enhance our Corporate Estates Facilities Management division, operating across various locations.

Work Location: Multi-site across diverse regions.

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will collaborate with the Facilities team to ensure effective Planned and Reactive Maintenance throughout the client’s properties.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across multiple sites.
  • Promptly identifying and reporting any statutory or critical equipment failures that pose health and safety risks to occupants, visitors, or the public.
  • Overseeing and supporting Mechanical & Electrical subcontractors as necessary.
  • Conducting thorough building inspections and documenting any damages or faults.

Candidate Profile

This position is ideal for you if you possess:

  • Extensive experience in Commercial Multi-Skilled Maintenance, particularly in mechanical, fabric, and electrical disciplines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in reactive maintenance and breakdowns, ideally within a large multi-building commercial environment.
  • Possession of 18th Edition and 2391 certifications.
  • HVAC and FGas qualifications would be advantageous.
