We are seeking a Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer to enhance our Corporate Estates Facilities Management division, operating across various locations.

Contract : Full Time, Permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you will collaborate with the Facilities team to manage both Planned and Reactive Maintenance throughout the Client's estate.

Your daily tasks will encompass:

  • Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks across multiple sites.
  • Promptly identifying and reporting any statutory or critical equipment failures that pose a health and safety risk to occupants, visitors, or the general public to the Manager.
  • Overseeing and supporting M&E subcontracted labor as necessary.
  • Conducting building inspections and documenting any damages or faults.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The Senior Mobile Maintenance Engineer position is ideal for candidates who possess:

  • Extensive experience in Commercial Multi-Skilled Maintenance, particularly in mechanical, fabric, and electrical disciplines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience in reactive maintenance and breakdowns, ideally within a large multi-building environment in a commercial setting.
  • Possession of 18th Edition and 2391 certifications.
  • HVAC and FGas qualifications would be advantageous.
