We are seeking a Lead Mobile Maintenance Technician to become an integral part of our Corporate Estates Facilities Management division, operating across various locations.
Contract:
Full Time, Permanent.
In the role of Lead Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will collaborate with the Facilities team, assisting in both Planned and Reactive Maintenance throughout the Client's properties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks across multiple sites.
- Promptly identifying and reporting any statutory or critical equipment failures that pose a health and safety risk to occupants, visitors, or the general public to the Manager.
- Conducting building inspections and documenting any damages or faults.
This position is ideal for candidates who possess:
- Extensive experience in Commercial Multi Skilled Maintenance, particularly in mechanical, fabric, and electrical disciplines.
- Experience in reactive maintenance and breakdowns, ideally within a large multi-building environment, preferably in a commercial setting.
- HVAC and FGas qualifications, which would be advantageous.
