Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Work Assistant to join our Maidstone Children's Social Work Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate family time and provide parenting support to children and their families.
  • Work closely with Social Workers and partner agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, Social Workers, and partner agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality services to children and families.
