We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at French Selection UK. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities, actively prospecting for new clients, and contributing to the growth of existing Accounts across Europe.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop key relationships with clients and distributors across your allocated territory
- Develop new business through prospection and lead generation
- Successfully deal with clients at C-level on a daily basis
- Cover key account management for existing portfolios
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven, and international environment
- Follow up on clients' projects on a daily basis
- Visit clients on site and understand their needs
Requirements:
- Experience working in the machinery industry
- Mechanical or technical background preferred
- Driven and hands-on attitude
- Liaising with clients to offer solutions to operational challenges
- Proven experience in a similar role ideal
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Happy to travel on a regular basis (one week every 3 weeks in average)
