IT Training Professional

Head Resourcing is seeking a skilled IT Trainer to join our team in a leading charity dedicated to preserving and promoting Scotland's natural and cultural heritage.
About the Role:
- Ensure all users are proficient in using the new system, facilitating a smooth transition and maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of the new solution.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of job functions.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, both in-person and remotely for diverse audiences, including end-users, administrators, and technical staff.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials.
- Customise training programs to meet the specific needs of the end users.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training program and make improvements as necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software training.
- Demonstratable proven experience in delivering training both face-to-face and remotely.
- Strong experience in creating training materials, including videos.
- Experience of working with contractors and 3rd party providers.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £40k.
- A 12-month contract.
