About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at TalkTalk. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and delivery of innovative consumer telecoms products and services within your category for our 2.5 million customers.

You will be an expert in understanding customer needs, behaviours, and market trends, leveraging data and insights to shape product decisions. You will be responsible for our mobile app, ensuring value and viability of what the product team build and are accountable for driving the defined outcomes.

You will be an expert in how our customers choose and use our products, but also have a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and the relevant technology and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Lead the product discovery process, including customer research, ideation, and validation
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer value
  • Oversee the successful delivery of products and features, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously monitor and optimise product performance, leveraging data and customer feedback
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the telecoms industry, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Expertise in product management methodologies including product discovery, backlog management, and delivery processes
  • Proficient in data analysis and leveraging customer insights to inform product decisions
  • Strong knowledge of product strategy, and prioritisation techniques
  • Deep understanding of mobile applications
