About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at TalkTalk. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and delivery of innovative consumer telecoms products and services within your category.

You will be an expert in understanding customer needs, behaviours, and market trends, leveraging data and insights to shape product decisions. You will be explicitly responsible for ensuring value and viability of what the product team builds and be accountable for driving defined outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
  • Lead the product discovery process, including customer research, ideation, and validation
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer value
  • Oversee the successful delivery of products and features, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously monitor and optimize product performance, leveraging data and customer feedback
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of the telecoms industry, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
  • Expertise in product management methodologies, including product discovery, backlog management, and delivery processes
  • Proficient in data analysis and leveraging customer insights to inform product decisions
  • Strong knowledge of product strategy and prioritization techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and identify innovative solutions
