Product Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at TalkTalk Telecom. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and delivery of innovative consumer telecoms products and services within your category.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs
- Lead the product discovery process, including customer research, ideation, and validation
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer value
- Oversee the successful delivery of products and features, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Continuously monitor and optimise product performance, leveraging data and customer feedback
- Deep understanding of the telecoms industry, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Expertise in product management methodologies, including product discovery, backlog management, and delivery processes
- Proficient in data analysis and leveraging customer insights to inform product decisions
- Strong knowledge of product strategy, and prioritisation techniques
- Deep understanding of mobile applications
