Product Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at TalkTalk. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and delivery of innovative consumer telecoms products and services within your category for our 2.5 million customers.
Key Responsibilities- Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and market trends, leveraging data and insights to shape product decisions.
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Product Discovery: Lead the product discovery process, including customer research, ideation, and validation.
- Product Delivery: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer value.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, UX, and customer operations, to drive product decisions.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the telecoms industry, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Product Management: Expertise in product management methodologies, including product discovery, backlog management, and delivery processes.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis and leveraging customer insights to inform product decisions.
