About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Ward Clerk. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the ward team, including data entry, typing, and scanning.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and handle phone calls and face-to-face interactions with service users, carers, and colleagues.
- Monitor and order stationery and other procurement requests, and undertake other tasks as requested by the Matron, Clinical Team Lead, or Senior Administrator.
- Previous experience of Trust IT systems is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
- Previous experience of Microsoft packages is desirable.
