Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our team at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute. As a Research Assistant, you will play a key role in our research aimed at understanding the complex multicellular ecosystems that drive breast cancer.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge translational research, working closely with our team of experts in cancer research and immunology. You will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and analysis of experiments, as well as contributing to the development of new research ideas.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and implementation of experiments, including data collection and analysis
- Contribute to the development of new research ideas and protocols
- Collaborate with team members to achieve research goals
- Assist in the preparation of research papers and presentations
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in computational biology or a related field. Previous experience in cancer research and immunology is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
