Ornua is on the lookout for a HR Business Partner to enhance our HR department as we pursue our growth ambitions. The HRBP will provide specialized support to site leaders and team members, offering HR guidance, coaching, and advice aimed at improving employee satisfaction and organizational performance.

Role Significance:
The HRBP will take the lead in:
- Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders to assess how the HR function can fulfill business requirements and drive enhancements.
- Executing the HR strategy for the business, aligned with the overall business objectives and local plans, in close collaboration with key stakeholders and client groups.
- Partnering with client groups to ensure exceptional service and solutions throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Offering expert and proactive guidance to line management on people-related issues and supporting leaders with effective solutions.
- Collaborating with HR Centres of Expertise and People Services teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Being an integral member of the site leadership team and the OIE HR team.
- Ensuring that external services to the business are in place, optimized, and providing value (Occupational Health, physiotherapy, etc.).
- Identifying opportunities to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency through policies, practices, and approaches in collaboration with other HR colleagues and functions.
Qualifications:
- CIPD qualified
- Prior experience in business partnering
- HR generalist experience across the entire lifecycle, including employee relations and organizational change, ideally within a shared service model
- Strong expertise in employee relations and comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS, particularly Success Factors HRIS, is desirable.
