Ornua is on the lookout for a HR Business Partner to enhance our HR department as we pursue our growth ambitions. Role Significance:

The HRBP will take the lead in:

  • Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders to assess how the HR function can fulfill business requirements and drive enhancements.
  • Executing the HR strategy for the business, aligned with the overall business objectives and local plans, in close collaboration with key stakeholders and client groups.
  • Partnering with client groups to ensure exceptional service and solutions throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Offering expert and proactive guidance to line management on people-related issues and supporting leaders with effective solutions.
  • Collaborating with HR Centres of Expertise and People Services teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Being an integral member of the site leadership team and the OIE HR team.
  • Ensuring that external services to the business are in place, optimized, and providing value (Occupational Health, physiotherapy, etc.).
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency through policies, practices, and approaches in collaboration with other HR colleagues and functions.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Prior experience in business partnering
  • HR generalist experience across the entire lifecycle, including employee relations and organizational change, ideally within a shared service model
  • Strong expertise in employee relations and comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS, particularly Success Factors HRIS, is desirable.
