- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with project teams and stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Healthcare Experience: Experience of healthcare and pharmacy systems and processes, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and legislative landscapes.
- Project Management Certification: Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
- Lean / Six Sigma: Familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and their application in healthcare operations.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret healthcare data for informed decision-making.
