About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Tesco Partners. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
  • Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and budgeting.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in pharmacy or a related field.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and a willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer service.
