About the Role

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional pharmacy services to our customers. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring that our pharmacies operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the pharmacy's inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
