Business Analyst Manager Job Description

Skanska, a leading project development and construction group, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Manager to join its IT team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of business analysis functions, processes, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance, workload, development, and KPIs of Business Analysts.
  • Define business challenges and primary objectives of new projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, gap analysis, and contribute to the business case.
  • Proactively handle incidents, problems, and change requests within the IT strategic support tool according to the IT Service Management Policy.
  • Ensure familiarity and compliance with the UK IT Risk Management process and procedures, and undertake IT Risk training and awareness as required.
  • Team, resource planning, and performance management experience.
  • IIBA or BCS Foundation qualification in Business Analysis.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
